The company's latest line of infrared discrete emitters target a wide range of industrial and consumer applications such as home appliances, notebook PCs, gaming devices, parking meters, and smoke detectors. Included in the offering are the ASDL-4360, 4560, and 4561, which are 850-nm to 885-nm emitters in surface-mount packages. Additional devices are the ASDL-4860 high power 850-nm IR emitter, which is a top-emitting surface-mount package with a drive capability of 500 mA, and the ASDL-4263 and 4264, which are 940-nm emitters available in through-hole packages.
