Setting a power benchmark, the company’s latest range of n-channel, trench HEXFET power MOSFETs provide a package current rating up to 195A, translating into a 60% improvement over typical package current ratings. The MOSFETs also provide improved on-state resistance (RDS (on)) compared to the company’s previous offerings and are available in TO-220, D2PAK and TO-262 packages. Of note, the seven-pin D2PAK achieves a package current rating of 240A. The devices offer a voltage range of 60V to 200V and are qualified to industrial grade and moisture sensitivity level 1 (MSL1).
