Available in the ultra-small 8-pin SOT-23 package, the MAX4451 is a 200-MHz, dual, low-power, single-supply operational amplifier. The combined features of single-supply operation, rail-to-rail outputs, wide bandwidth, and tiny footprint make the device well suited for a variety of wideband applications for the consumer market, including set-top boxes, surveillance video systems, digital video cameras and DVD players. The device operates from a single 4.5V to 11V supply or from dual ±2.25V to ±5.5V supplies. It also requires only 6.5 mA quiescent supply current per amp while achieving a 200-MHz bandwidth and has a slew rate of 485V/µs. Other features include 0.1 dB gain flatness to 55 MHz, low differential gain/phase of 0.02%/0.08% and a spurious-free dynamic range of -65 dBc at 5 MHz. Its common-mode range includes ground and its outputs swing rail-to-rail, suiting it for low-voltage, single-supply applications. Pricing starts at $0.81 each/50,000.
