The ALD1721E precision operational amplifier provides users with the capability to accurately trim the input offset voltage. Initially, the offset is pre-trimmed at the factory to a maximum of ±90 µV and can be further trimmed by the user for applications requiring a range of ±15 mV. Other features include 2V minimum, single supply operation, rail-to-rail inputs and outputs, tolerance to over-voltage input spikes of 300 mV beyond the supply rails, input currents of 0.01 pA typical, and a high open-loop gain. A dual version, the ALD2721E, is available and, for applications where user trimming is not required, a factory pre-trimmed version, the ALD1721, is available. Different temperature ranges from -55ûC to 125ûC are also available. Prices for the ALD1721E and ALD1721 are $1.23 and $1.15, respectively, each/10,000. ADVANCED LINEAR DEVICES, INC., Sunnyvale, CA.
