Claiming the highest ratings in their class for bandwidth, linearity and stability, the ZLTM40120/21/22/23 broadband, operational amplifiers support bandwidths up to 450 MHz with slew rates up to 1.5 kV/µs. Designed for driving high-resolution video signals, the ZL40121/23 amplifiers are dual-channel devices while the ZL40120/22 are quad amps. In closed-loop circuits with a gain of one and driving 100 ohms loads, the ZL40122/23 support bandwidths of up to 450 MHz and draw 5.2 mA/A of standby current. At frequencies of 1 MHz with 2 Vp-p signals, the two devices exhibit a total harmonic distortion of -83 dB. Differential gain is 0.015%. The ZL40120/21 support bandwidths up to 280 MHz and use 3.3 mA/A of standby current. Slew rate for both is 1.1 kV/µs and output drive current is 65 mA. The ZL40121/23 in eight-pin SOIC packages cost $1.65 each/1,000. In 14-pin SOIC packages, the ZL4020/22 cost $2.45 each/1,000. ZARLINK SEMICONDUCTOR, Ottawa, Canada. (613) 270-7115.
