Offered as enhanced versions of the FMMT491 and 591, the CMPT491E (npn) and CMPT591E (pnp) complementary transistor pair retain all the features and specifications as their predecessors. The exception is that they provide a higher hFE of 250 minimum. The enhanced pair is suited for an array of high-current amplifier applications requiring a low VCE.
