Representing a breakthrough in MOSFET technology that supports nano-Watt (nW) operation, the ALD110xxx family of quad/dual n-channel, matched-pair enhancement-mode MOSFET arrays achieve what may be an industry-first threshold voltage of +0.2V with precision tolerances of ±0.02V and ±10 mV. Compared to similar devices, the family operates at one tenth of the supply voltage. It consists of six members: the ALD110802, ALD110902, ALD110808, ALD110908, ALD110814, and theALD110814. They are available in PDIP and SOIC packages plus four distinct models for each version. Depending on the model, they feature gate threshold voltages of +0.2V (±0.02V), +0.80V (±0.02V), and +1.40V (±0.04V) at 1 µA. Additionally, the ALD110808 devices are also available in A-grade versions with a gate threshold voltage of +0.8V (±0.01V) at 1 µA. Pricing starts at $0.67 each/100.
