Drawing a maximum supply current of 175 µA over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, the LTC2054/2054HV low power zero-drift operational amplifiers can extend battery life in portable instruments and test equipment. Offset drift with temperature, while not actually zero, is an extremely low 30 nV/°C. Adding to the low power features are a bias current specification of 600 fA and input offset current of 2 pA. Typical input offset voltage is 0.5 µV, 3 µV maximum. Power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) and common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) are both 130 dB typical. Both versions provide rail-to-rail output swings. The LTC2054 operates from a single supply voltage between 2.7V and 6V, while the LTC2054HV operates on supplies from 2.7V to ±5.5V. Open loop gain is 140 dB typical and input noise voltage is 1.6 µV, peak-to-peak from 0.1 to 10 Hz. Both versions are housed in the miniature SOT-23 package and are available in the commercial and industrial temperature ranges. Prices start at $1 each/1,000. LINEAR TECHNOLOGY CORP., Milpitas, CA.
