Available with power ratings of 8A, 12A, and 16A with gate-trigger current levels of 35 mA and 50 mA, the devices feature blocking voltages up to 800V, immunity to dV/dt up to 2 kV/?s, standard and snubber-less versions, and balance gate trigger currents in three and four quadrants.
