Employing a proprietary Schottky barrier technology, the MBR series 150V, H-type dual-rectifier Schottky diodes exhibits a typical forward voltage drop of 0.65V. They specify typical leakage currents as low as 0.15 mA at 125 °C and a maximum operating junction temperature up to 175°C. Available in TO-220, ITO-220, and TO-262 packages, the TO-220 devices deliver a maximum average forward rectified current of 10A. Each diode provides a surge-handling capability of 25 kV ESD and reverse avalanche energy ratings up to 20 mJ. Prices range from $0.201 to $0.388 each/25,000.
