Promising lower power consumption in TFT LCDs, the EL5027 dual-buffer amplifier features two unity-gain, rail-to-rail input/output amplifiers, each with a bandwidth of 2.5 MHz. Per-buffer current drain is 110 µA, contributing to extended battery life in portable devices. The buffers exhibit a 1.2 V/µs slew rate and deliver up to 120 mA of short circuit current. Other specs include an operating voltage from 4.5V to 16.5V and an operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. Available in a 6-pin TSOT package, price is $0.80 each/1,000.
