The UPA861TD twin transistor device features low voltage, low current operation, making it ideal for portable, battery-powered products, such as cell phones and pagers. The device is housed in a 6-pin, 1.2 mm x 0.8 mm x 0.50 mm high TD package, with the device's flat leads helping to reduce parasitic inductance and improve electrical performance.
