Capable of operating on +3V, +5V or ±5V, the AD8091 (single) and AD8092 (dual) high-speed voltage-feedback amplifiers are ideally suited for use in portable and battery-operated applications, including video electronics, where size and power dissipation are critical. With their single supply capability, the amplifiers feature an input voltage range that extends from 200 mV below the negative rail to within 1V of the positive rail. The rail-to-rail amplifiers also feature high speed and fast settling on +5V; -3 dB bandwidth of 110 MHz (G = 1); slew rate of 145 V/µs; 50-ns settling time to 0.1%; and they can drive 45 mA to within 0.5V of the supply rails with a 50 pF capacitive load (G = 1). Output voltage swing extends to within 25 mV of each rail. The ICs also offer a gain flatness of 0.1 dB to 20 MHz (load resistance = 150 ohms) and a 0.03% differential gain error and differential phase error with a 1 kilohm load resistance. The voltage-feedback amps come in 8-lead SOICs, as well as in SOT-23-5s (AD8091) and microSOICs (AD8092). ANALOG DEVICES INC., Wilmington, MA. (800) 262-5643.
