Representing a low-cost, low-power, high-performance operational amplifier, AD8014 boasts of a 400-MHz -3dB bandwidth, 4000 V/µs slew rate, and 24-ns settling time to 0.1%. This temperature-stable, easy-to-use amplifier with 60 ns overload

Representing a low-cost, low-power, high-performance operational amplifier, AD8014 boasts of a 400-MHz -3dB bandwidth, 4000 V/µs slew rate, and 24-ns settling time to 0.1%. This temperature-stable, easy-to-use amplifier with 60 ns overload recovery has extremely low voltage and current noise of 3.5 nV/¶Hz and 5 pA/¶Hz, respectively, and distortion of -70 dB THD at 5 MHz. The specs make the device well-suited for wide band signal processing. And with a 1-mA supply current, it is also well-suited for power sensitive, high-speed applications, such as battery-operated equipment.
