Single-Supply Hysteresis Comparator Includes Reference

Designed for power management applications in battery operated circuits, the TC1031 combines a low power voltage reference with a programmable hysteresis comparator and shutdown in a single 8-pin package. The device operates from low-voltage, single supply power sources and is said to eliminate the need for multiple discrete parts while saving space, lowering supply current, and improving overall system performance.
