Low Profile Diodes Deliver Rapid Fire Switching

Designed for high-speed switching applications, the SD0403 series switching diodes come in miniature 0503 DFN packages with a unique terminal format that is compatible with standard 0603 and 0402 land patterns. RoHS compliant and WEEE compatible, the devices qualify for a 260°C bonding process. They are rated for a reverse voltage of 75V and a continuous forward current of 100 mA.
