The company's latest family of 60V and 75V MOSFETs seek employment in industrial battery applications, i.e., electric bikes, scooters, utility carts, uninterruptible power supplies, and other motor-driven designs. The N-channel devices exploit trench MOSFET technology and are available in lead-free, TO-220, D-PAK, and D2 PAK packages. The family consists of six 60V devices, the IRF1018EPbF, IRF1018ESPbF, IRFR1018EPbF, IRFB3806PbF, IRFS3806PbF, and IRFR3806PbF, specifying on resistances of either 8.4 or 15.8 milliOhms at a VGS of 10V depending on the device. Three 75V devices include the IRFB3607PbF, IRFS3607PbF, and IRFR3607PbF specifying an on resistance of 9 milliOhms at a VGS of 10V. The 75V MOSFETs are identical with the exception of case options. Depending on the device, prices range from $0.46 to $0.60 each/1,000. For more information, contact Graham Robertson at INTERNATIONAL RECTIFIER, El Segundo, CA. (310) 726-8512.
