    The SMP1320 and SMP1340 families of plastic packaged, surface-mountable PIN diodes are designed for high-speed wireless switch applications from 10 MHz to beyond 2 GHz. They feature low resistance and low capacitance and are available in a selection of plastic packages in a variety of configurations including a low-inductance SOT-23, SC-79 and SC-70 packages. Depending on the part number, pricing can be as low as $0.14 each/50,000.
