Emerging as the industry's smallest and highest performance, filter-free Class-D mono audio power amplifier, the TPA2010D1 comes in the company's wafer chip scale package (WCSP) that measures just 1.45 mm x 1.45 mm and also offers lead and lead-free ball options. The device delivers up to 2.5W of power into an 8? load with an efficiency of 88%. Low operation and shutdown currents are 2.8 mA and 0.5 µA, respectively.
