Poised for industrial, power, and consumer products, the ACPL-W70L and ACPL-K73L digital CMOS stretched optocouplers operate at dual supply voltages of 3.3V and 5V at a minimum speed of 15 Mb/s. The optocouplers provide up to 5 kV of isolation and achieve a propagation delay of 55 ns maximum and a maximum pulse width distortion of 25 ns. A glitch-free power-up feature outputs low voltage logic during a power loss and provides output logic that corresponds to the input voltage when the power supply recovers. The single-channel ACPL-W70L and two-channel ACPL-K73L come in SSO-6 and SSO-8 packages, respectively, and meet 8-mm creepage and clearance requirements. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +105°C and both devices meet international safety standards such as IEC/EN/DIN EN 60747-5-2, UL1577, and CSA for reinforced insulation. Prices for the ACPL-W70L and ACPL-K73L are $1.63 and $3 each/10,000, respectively. AVAGO TECHNOLOGIES, San Jose, CA. (800) 235-0312.
