A fast slew rate of 2500 V/µs coupled with a quick 6-ns settling time enables the LT6553, a triple video amplifier with internally fixed gain of 2, to offer enhanced ac performance that yields sharper video images. The device's 0.01° differential phase and 0.01% differential gain provide excellent linearity, which maintains signal integrity. Also, the LT6553 has a −3-dB bandwidth of 650 MHz and 0.1-dB gain flatness that extends to 150 MHz. Each amp draws only 8 mA. When disabled, the amps' supply current drops to 22 µA. Prices for the 16-pin SSOP start at $2.50 each in lots of 1000.
