The SiP41103, SiP41104, and SiP41105 dual, N-channel MOSFET drivers, which drive both lower and upper MOSFETs in a half-bridge configuration, operate in systems with supply voltages from 4.5V to 50V. Delivering output currents up to 1A, the drivers operate at switching frequencies from 250 kHz to 1 MHz with an impedance of less than 1Ω. A fourth device, the SiP42101 operates at 50 kHz and integrates a brake function for motor-drive applications. Shared features include break-before-make logic, under-voltage lockout, and a shutdown quiescent current of less than 5 µA. All four are available in standard and lead-free packages. The SiP42101 and SiP41103 come in an MLP33-10, while the SiP41104 is available in an SO-8 package. The SiP41105 sports a TSSOP-16 PowerPAK. Prices range from $1.83 to $1.96 each/1,000.
