The low noise and rapid hopping intervals required by CDMA wireless local-area network and fixed wireless access systems is possible with the MB15F7xUV ultra-small dual phase-locked loop (PLL) frequency synthesizers. The synthesizers draw currents as low as 2.5 mA at 2.7 V. Each member of the series can operate with a 2.4-V supply and offers selectable charge-pump currents of either ±1.5 mA or ±6 mA. The series includes four dual PLLs for frequencies from 0.35 GHz to 6 GHz. Pricing starts at $1 each in lots of 10,000.
