A board-space reduction of up to 60% compared to similar MOSFETs in SSOT-6 or TSOP-6 packages comes via the FDJ129P, a p-channel MOSFET in an SC75 FLMP package. The device dissipates 1.8 W and has a maximum steady-state current of 4.2 A. On-resistance is rated at 70 mΩ at a VGS of 4.5 V. Pricing runs $0.33 each in lots of 1000.
