The OP7x7 operational amplifiers are offered as the industry's first high-voltage, bipolar-precision operational amplifiers to feature true single-supply, micropower operation. Initial features of these devices are an offset voltage of less than 100 µV and an input bias current of less than 10 nA maximum. Single supply voltages range from 3 V to 30 V and dual supply range is ±1.5V to ±15V. In addition, these op amps are also said to be the first precision amplifier in a MSOP-8 package. The devices are also available in SOIC-8 packages. For safe operation at 3V beyond the supply voltages, the devices incorporate a 500 ohm series input protection. Prices for the op amps start at $1.13 each/1,000.
