The MIC913 operational amplifier features a gain bandwidth of 350 MHz while consuming only 4.2 mA. The device is a voltage feedback op amp that is claimed to achieve lower power consumption than other equivalent devices while providing the ability to drive unlimited load capacitance. Other features of the op amp include a slew rate of 500 V/µs, unity gain stability, and it operates from a supply voltage ranging from ±2.5V to ±9V. Suitable applications include portable instrumentation, medical equipment, and video imaging. Available in an SOT23-5 package, pricing is $1.20 each/1,000 with delivery times up to eight weeks ARO.
