The MCP6xx family of four 2.5V micropower operational amplifiers feature a low supply current of 25 µA maximum with a single supply of 2.5V to 5.5V. The they feature a bias current of 1 pA and are said to have low offset voltage and bias current, which eliminates the need or off-setting circuitry. The devices are offered in single (MCP606), single with a chip-select capability (MCP607), and dual (MCP608) and quad (MCP609) configurations. Other features include rail-to-rail swing at output, unity gain stability, and an operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. Price ranges from $0.68 to $1.20 each/1,000.
