The MAX4412/MAX4413 single/dual 500MHz op amps with rail-to-rail outputs operate from a single 2.7 to 5.5 V supply and consume just 1.7 mA of supply current per amplifier. Both devices have an input common-mode voltage range that extends 100 mV below ground and to within 1.5V of the positive supply with a common-mode rejection of 60 dB minimum. Their rail-to-rail output structure swings to within 115 mV of either power-supply rail with a 1-kiloohm load and achieves an SFDR of 83 dBc SFDR 5MHz. The MAX4412 comes in five-pin SC70 and SOT23 packages; MAX4413 in an eight-pin SOT23 package. Price for the MAX4412 is $0.85 each/1,000.
