Packaged in a SOT-23, the MCP606 2.5V op amp uses the company's non-volatile memory technology to achieve an offset voltage of less than 250 µV. Operating from 2.7 to 5.5V, the device draws a maximum current of 20 µA and requires a bias current of 1 pA. The device is available in a single op-amp configuration and provides a rail-to-rail swing at output and unity gain stability. Temperature range is specified from -40ûC to 85ûC.
