Said to provide the industry's best slew-rate-to-power ratio, the MIC918 and MIC919 op amps provide a slew rate of 1,500 V/µs with maximum supply currents of 550 µA and 360 µA, respectively. Both op amps are voltage-feedback, unity-gain

Said to provide the industry's best slew-rate-to-power ratio, the MIC918 and MIC919 op amps provide a slew rate of 1,500 V/µs with maximum supply currents of 550 µA and 360 µA, respectively. Both op amps are voltage-feedback, unity-gain stable devices in SC70-5 packages. The MIC918 has a gain-bandwidth product of 51 MHz and the MIC919 has a gain-bandwidth product of 27 MHz. Both devices have 60û of phase margin at unity gain, which increases with load capacitance. Operating from supply voltages of ±5V and ±9V, PSRR is 104 dB for the MIC918 and 105 dB for the MIC919, and CMRR is 91dB and 87dB, respectively. Both op amps are priced at $1.40 each/1,000.
