The MCP614X family of operational amplifiers features a gain bandwidth product (GBWP) of 100 kHz, a typical quiescent current (Iq) of 600 nA, and a maximum quiescent current of 1 µA. Typical power consumption is less than 1 µW at quiescent state while operating from a 1.4V supply. The op amp family’s four devices—namely, the MCP6141, MCP6142, MCP6143, and MCP6144—provide rail-to-rail inputs and outputs that allow the full voltage supply range to be utilized from 5.5V down to 1.4V. In eight-pin PDIP, SOIC and MSOPs and 14-pin PDIP, SOIC and TSSOPs, pricing is $0.44 each for the single MCP6141, $0.46 for the single MCP6143 with chip select, $0.58 for the dual MCP6142, and $1.02 for the quad MCP6144, each/1,000.
