Consuming less than 2 mA of supply current, the LT1800 single, LT1801 dual, and LT1802 quad rail-to-rail input and output op amps operate at up to 80 MHz. Features include a maximum input-offset voltage of 350 µV, maximum input bias current of 250 nA, CMRR of 105 dB, and a voltage gain of 98 dB. The amps operate with supplies from 2.3V to 12.6V. The LT1800 is available in five-pin SOT23 and eight-pin SOIC packages, the LT1801 in an eight-pin SOIC, and the LT1802 in a 14-pin SOIC. Pricing starts at $1.30 each/1,000.
