Employing standard BGA technology and occupying a total area of just 2.25 mm², the IR140CSP FlipKY is said to be the industry's smallest Schottky diode. The 1A, 40V device comes in a four-ball package with an overall profile of 0.8 mm. Other features include a VF at 1A of 0.38V, IRM at VR of 80 µA, and a maximum junction temperature of 125°C.
