Consuming 50% less power than comparable devices, the LT6230/1/2 and LT6233/4/5 families of op amps operate from 3.3V supplies and consume 1.15 mA and 3.4 mA, respectively. The LT6230/1/2 single/dual/quad devices feature a noise voltage of 1.9

Consuming 50% less power than comparable devices, the LT6230/1/2 and LT6233/4/5 families of op amps operate from 3.3V supplies and consume 1.15 mA and 3.4 mA, respectively. The LT6230/1/2 single/dual/quad devices feature a noise voltage of 1.9 nV/rtHz, gain bandwidth of 60 MHz, and a slew rate of 17 V/ms. The LT6233/4/5 are higher speed versions with a bandwidth of 215 MHz. They feature a noise voltage of 1.1 nV/rtHz. Both families provide output swings within 50 mV rail to rail and are available in either commercial or industrial operating temperature ranges. Pricing starts at $1.25 each/1,000.
