With bandwidths of 200 MHz, 400 MHz, and 600 MHz, the EL53xx family of triple current-feedback amplifiers delivers slew rates up to 4.5 kV/µs. The EL5364 features the 4.5 kV/µs slew rate just noted and also provides a -3 dB bandwidth of 600 MHz, an output drive of 3.8 mA, and consumes 3.8 mA of current per channel. The EL5362 provides a 4 kV/µs slew rate, -3 dB bandwidth of 400 MHz, 75 mA drive current, and consumes 1.6 mA of supply current. The EL5360 features a slew rate of 2 kV/µs, -3 dB bandwidth of 200 MHz, a 50 mA output drive, and consumes 0.8 mA of supply current per channel. Shared features include a fast enable/disable. The devices are available in 16-pin SO16 and QSOP16 packages. Prices for the EL5360, EL5362, and EL5364 are $1.29, $1.89, and $2.29 each/1,000, respectively. INTERSIL CORP., Milpitas, CA.
