By using digital post processing, the AD12400 12-bit A/D converter module can achieve sampling rates up to 400 Msamples/s. The combination of monolithic converters configured in parallel using V Corp Technologies’ Advanced Filter Bank digital signal processing technology plus the company's multi-chip module packaging technology is responsible for this level of performance. Other features include analog input signal conditioning, clock management, LVDS outputs, a voltage reference, 420 MHz analog input bandwidth, 3.3 VP-P full scale input range, 75 dB FS SFDR at 128 MHz, and a 1:1.5 VSWR to 190 MHz. The device operates with 3.8V analog, 3.3V digital, and 1.5V digital supplies over a temperature range from 0°C to 70°C. The enclosed, 2.89" x 2.59" x 0.6" module is priced at $1,495 each/100.
