The DAC121S101/101S101/081S101 are three pin- and function- compatible 12-, 10-, and 8-bit d/a converters, respectively. All are single-channel devices with 10 µs settling times and are supplied in either TSOT-6 or MSOP-8 packages. Each provides rail-to-rail output swing and runs at input clock rates of 30 MHz over the supply range of 2.7V to 5.25V. The reference for each is derived from the power supply, resulting in the widest possible dynamic output range. A power-down feature reduces consumption to less than 0.2 µW, making the devices suitable for battery-powered applications. Pricing for a 12-bit DAC is $1.35 each.
