\[July 24, 2006\] Poised for high-performance, single-supply apps, the OPA365 operational amplifier employs a unique zero-crossover, single-input stage architecture to achieve glitchless rail-to-rail performance. The device specifies a THD+N of 0.0006%, noise figure of 4.5 nV/√Hz, and a gain bandwidth of 50 MHz. Also attributed to its single-stage input topology, the amplifier achieves a CMRR of 100 dB minimum and 120 dB typical over an input range of 100 mV beyond the supply rails. Other features include a settling time of 300 ns to 0.01%, offset voltage of 200 µV maximum, and single-supply operation from 2.2V to 5.5V. Available in a SOT23-5 package, price is $0.95 each/1,000 piece. TEXAS INSTRUMENTS INC., Dallas, TX. (800) 477-8924.
