Claiming best-in-class status, the AD9254 14-bit a/d converter delivers up to 150 Msamples/s and achieves a SFDR of 83 dBc at 70 MHz while consuming 430 mW. Measuring 7 mm x 7 mm in a 48-lead LFCSP, the device specifies a SNR of 72.7 dB full scale with a 70-MHz input.
