Introduced as the industry's smallest P-channel MOSFET, the FDZ191P debuts in a 1 mm x 1.5 mm x 0.65 mm wafer-level CSP, reducing board space by at least 30% when compared to similar components. The chip specifies a thermal resistance of 83 C/W when mounted on a 1" x 1" copper pad and an on resistance of 67 mΩ at 4.5V or 85 mΩ at 2.5V. When mounted on a 1" x 1" copper pad, it is capable of dissipating up to 1.5W and delivering a drain current of 3A. Additionally, the FDZ191P meets all “green” and RoHS standards. Price is $0.53 each/1,000. FAIRCHILD SEMICONDUCTOR, San Jose, CA. (408) 822-2314.
