Suiting applications like headphone or speaker drivers, hands-free kits, TFT panels, sound ports, and DAC buffers, the AS1710 10-MHz, 10-V/µs rail-to-rail operational amplifier operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply and can swing to within 100 mV from the rails while sinking or sourcing 50 mA of output current. Peak current is greater than 200 mA. The device requires 1.6 mA of supply current in operation and 1 nA in shutdown mode. Typical input-bias current is 50 pA. The device is available in a 6-pin SC70 package with an operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C. AUSTRIAMICROSYSTEMS USA INC., Raleigh, NC. (919) 676-5292.
