Consisting of the 4N2X, 4N3X, H11AX, CNY17-X, and CNY17F-X series, the company's family of six-pin, DIP phototransistor optocouplers specify a wide operating temperature range from -55°C to +110°C. They also feature a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 80V, an isolation voltage of 5 kVrms, more than 7-mm creepage distance, and a wide selection of current-transfer ratio ranges. Each optocoupler consists of an infrared-emitting diode, optically coupled to a phototransistor. All are lead-free and RoHS-compliant. Price is $0.12 each in production quantities.
