Residing in standard receiver optical sub-assembly (ROSA) packages, the G10518(X) series of InGaAs PIN photodiode receivers enable data rates in excess of 10 Gb/s. The devices feature a response up to 10.7 Gb/s, making them suitable for a variety of high-speed applications such as SDH (STM-64 or SONET OC-192), 10 Gigabit Ethernet, and storage area networks. Two sleeve diameters are available, 1.25 mm or 2.5 mm, making them compatible with a range of industry-standard transceiver packages. Additionally, the G10518(X) operates from a 3.3V supply and provides a differential output signal. For further information, call HAMAMATSU CORP., Bridgewater, NJ. (800) 524-0504.
