Two high-precision op amps from Intersil are built with the company’s proprietary bipolar process technology. The ISL28127 is a 40-V low-noise precision op amp that operates with 20 percent lower noise and consumes 30 percent less power than many competing devices. Low-frequency voltage noise is 3.0 nV/vHz @ 10 Hz. It offers excellent DC precision with 70 ?V max offset voltage and 10 nA max input bias current. Other features include offset voltage drift performance of 0.5 ?V/°C max, unity-gain stability over the -40°C to +125°C temperature range, a wide operating supply voltage range of 4.5 V to 40 V, and a gain bandwidth of 10 MHz. The ISL28207 is a dual 40-V low-power precision op amp that exhibits outstanding DC. It offers an offset voltage of 75 µV max and a typical input bias current of 60 pA. Temperature drift is 0.65 µV/°C max for input offset voltage and 0.2 pA/°C for input bias current, making it ideal for 16- and 24-bit applications. The ISL28207 operates from 4.5 V to 40 V, and from -40°C to +125°C. Pricing for the ISL28127 and ISL28207 starts at $1.05 and $1.58 each in 1000-piece quantities (SOIC 8-lead package).
