The AUIRF7739L2 and AUIRF7665S2 automotive DirectFET 2 power MOSFETs report exceptional power density and feature dual-sided cooling, low parasitic inductance and resistance, and a robust, reliable, and AEC-Q101 qualified package. The AUIRF7739L2 claims to exhibit the industry’s lowest on resistance at 0.7 m? typical at 40V. Housed in a large can, it features a 60% smaller footprint and 85% lower profile than a D2PAK. Reportedly, the AUIRF7665S2 small can device is optimized for a very low gate charge and exhibits extremely low parasitics. Both devices are qualified according to AEC-Q101 standards and offer an environmentally-friendly, lead-free, and RoHS-compliant BOM. Pricing for the AUIRF7739L2 and the AUIRF7665S2 begins at $2.60 and $0.46 each, respectively, in low volume quantities.
