Groomed for portable applications, the LMV331 industry-standard comparator comes in either a 2 mm x 1.25 mm SC70 or 2.9 mm x 1.6 mm SOT23 package. The device operates from a supply-voltage range of 2.7V to 5V and specifies an operating current consumption of 20 mA at Vcc = 2.7V. Other specs include a propagation delay of 200 ns, an input-offset voltage of 1mV, input-offset current of 1 nA, operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, and an ESD tolerance of 2kV HBM and/or 200V MM.
