The MGA-633P8 ultra low-noise amplifier (ULNA) features high-gain, high-linearity gallium arsenide active bias amplifiers for use in cellular infrastructure applications. Described as an easy-to-use monolithic microwave IC, it employs a common printed circuit board layout, which is suitable for front-end applications used in cellular base stations. Features include a noise figure of 0.37 dB, 18-dB gain, input return loss of 15 dB, a 37-dBm output IP3, and a 22-dBM output power at 1-dB gain compression.
