Optocoupler Family Welcomes 3.3V Expansion

Heeding market demand, the company expands its optocoupler offerings to include 3.3V devices with a wide operating temperature range up to +110ºC. The FODM8061 with open collector output and the FODM8071 with logic gate output feature a common mode noise immunity of 20 kV/µs minimum and support an operating temperature range of -40ºC to +110ºC. Operating voltage range spans 3.3V to 5V and the devices come in five-pin SO Packages. Prices for the FODM8061 and FODM8071 are $1.19 and $1.55 each/1,000, respectively.
