the SiC762CD DrMOS-compliant device integrates PWM-optimized high-side and low-side n-channel MOSFETs, a full-featured MOSFET driver, and a bootstrap diode in a 40-pin PowerPAK MLP 6x6 package

Enabling operating frequencies in excess of 1 MHz and efficiency to 92%, the SiC762CD DrMOS-compliant device integrates PWM-optimized high-side and low-side n-channel MOSFETs, a full-featured MOSFET driver, and a bootstrap diode in a 40-pin PowerPAK MLP 6x6 package. It operates from an input voltage range of 3V to 27V and delivers up to 35 A of continuous output current. The integrated power MOSFETs are optimized for output voltages in the range of 0.8V to 2V, with a nominal input voltage of 24V. Additionally, the SiC762CD can deliver very high power at a 5V output for ASIC applications. Pricing is $2.65 per piece. VISHAY INTERTECHNOLOGY, INC., Malvern, PA. (619) 336-0860.
