Introduced as the company’s first dedicated family of automotive qualified MOSFETs for a range of applications requiring low on-state resistance, the AUIRFxxxxx devices, are built on the company’s Gen 10.2 technology and deliver an on-state resistance as low as 1.0 m?. They are available across a range of voltages from 24V to 100V in a variety of surface-mount and through-hole packages. Several of the devices feature revised maximum current ratings up to 240A in a D2Pak-7P and 195A in a D2Pak. The MOSFETs are qualified according to AEC-Q101 standards and feature an environmentally friendly, lead-free and RoHS compliant bill of materials. Prices range from $0.44 each/100,000 for the AUIRFR4104 $1.28 each/100,000 for the AUIRF2804S-7P. For more information, contact Sian Cummins at INTERNATIONAL RECTIFIER CORP., El Segundo, CA.
